Shipping costs

Heritage Doors & Floors LTD charge different rates for delivery, these go on where you are based in the UK.  If you follow the delivery zone chart which is below (scroll down to the bottom),  you can see what you will get charged.  If you do have any queries or are wanting a quote for deliveries into Europe, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly sales team, who will help.

Most orders will take up to 3 days to deliver, next day delivery can be arranged but will have an extra charge, please ask for this service when you speak to one of our team, please note that next day deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Deliveries on Heritage Range may take longer as some items are made to measure. 
All flooring deliveries are made to Kerbside at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle.  The driver may require help unloading the products.  As deliveries can be made by a larger lorry or van, it is assumbed that the delivery address will be accessible by a lorry.  If there is likely to be a problem with this, e.g the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order.  Deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 6.00pm.  We are unable to give an approx time of delivery as all deliveries are at the couriers discretion.  If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver because you are not there on the arranged delivery date, you will be liable for the re-delivery charge, this charge will depend on what delivery zone you are having your goods delivered at.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition.  Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regards to damaged items can be made after the driver has left the delivery address, unless you sign the delivery note stating that the goods are damaged.  Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return will incur another delivery charge.  In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product.  Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.  No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.  Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been recieved.  Please do not book a trades installator for the delivery day, just incase the delivery  is late for some reason.
